Sept 28, 2019 – Cape Cod
We hung out with Alice most of today. I worked on my blog, watched some college football, and did a few chores. Nancy took a bike ride to Brewster, Orleans and Skaket Beach. She rode mainly on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which is a wide, smooth, and beautiful tree-lined paved bike path. In some sections, there are gorgeous views of the water and seaside homes.
Later we rode bikes to Arnold’s Lobster and Clam Bar for dinner. It’s a very well known restaurant that has been in business for 40+ years. There was a line at 5pm for dinner…..but when we got in, we split a seafood combination dinner for two that was more than we could eat. It was delicious…..I’m sure we’ll be eating there again before we move to Boston next week.
A couple nice pics Nanc took on her bike ride……
Skaket Beach….
I continue to be amazed by the photo capability of the iPhones. I have enjoyed capturing a few flower pics that, to me, are absolutely stunning! As always, its best to look at them on our website to capture all the detail….
Our site at Atlantic Oaks RV Park in Eastham, which is considered part of the Middle Cape….didn’t need satellite since they have HD TV cable at all of the sites.
