Another move south…

Sept 24, 2019 – Newport to Cape Cod

Today we moved Alice from the RV Park at Newport Naval Station to the Atlantic Oaks RV Resort in Eastham, MA, on Cape Cod. We got in about noon. The Cape is only about 3 miles wide here…. we’re about 2 miles from the Atlantic Ocean beach. The resort is right next to the Cape Cod “rails-to-trails” bike path which will make bike rides really convenient. Also, since the resort is nestled among the trees, we also happy to learn that the resort has both Internet and HD cable TV! I stayed home while Nancy went for her normal exploratory bike ride. The weather was absolutely fantastic today, and it’s expected to be that way over the next couple weeks. It really seems like fall here……the temps are generally in the 60’s and 70’s, and we are already seeing the trees changing colors.
